Payroll Deductions

DVA sponsors a Section 125 Premium Only Plan. This means your premiums will be deducted on a pre-tax basis, saving you payroll taxes. If you wish to pay your premiums on an after-tax basis, please ask HR for a waiver form.

NOTE: If you enroll your domestic partner, premiums for the domestic partner will be taken on an after-tax basis. Also, if at any time, an employer contributes toward domestic partner coverage, the employer contribution will be considered taxable income to you.
