24-hour / 365-day / live / confidential response for help with crisis interventions; appointment scheduling; management support; on-site response for CISD [Critical Incident Stress Debriefings]; and other assistance.

One number for all calls / all hours from employees, family members, Human Resources, and supervisors; toll free, 1-888-520-5400.

Up to six [6] face-to-face clinical sessions per person, per problem, per year [*]. Standard appointments, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm; many therapists have evening and Saturday hours.
OR clients may choose to have their sessions by telephone; scheduled through JBG with licensed therapists; extended hours, Monday through Saturdays.
Adult children living in the household may receive services until the age of 26.
[*] A break-in-service of ninety [90] days is mandatory between problems. Sessions for marital / relationship and family / child are offered for the group involved; separate additional sessions may be authorized for individuals.

A network of therapists [credentialed according to the standard National Committee for Quality Assurance] is in place throughout Arizona and the United States.

Provider Services Administrator. A senior JBG staff person confirms with available appointments [dates and times] with providers before giving clients those provider names for their own selection of provider and appointment.
