Getting ready for your OE meeting please make sure to bring the following information with you for your whole family you plan to enroll in benefits for:
SSN, DOB's and Beneficiary information to include DOB, address, phone, and SSN
All employees will need to complete enrollment in Employee Navigator even if you are not making any changes. An enrollment team will be on-site as communicated by HR to assist you with your questions and enrollment.
